H1 2026 Financial Results Announced

Our limited-reviewed consolidated financial statements and interim activity report for 1 January – 30 June 2026 were published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 14 August 2026.

Consolidated revenue for the six-month period reached TRY 11,191,505,363, with net profit attributable to the parent company of TRY 124,240,897 (including the effects of TAS 29 inflation accounting).

Two New Stores Opened in July

We continue to grow our store network.

On 10 July 2026, our Mopaş-Yuvacık store opened in the Başiskele district of Kocaeli with a total area of 1,100 m², and on 24 July 2026 our Mopaş-Fevzi Çakmak store opened in the Pendik district of İstanbul with a total area of 1,350 m².

Both openings were announced via material event disclosures on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

2025 Dividend Distribution: Gross TRY 0.5494504 Cash Dividend per Share

At our Ordinary General Assembly held on 17 June 2026, the distribution of a total gross cash dividend of TRY 150,000,000 (net TRY 127,500,000) from 2025 profits was approved.

A total gross cash dividend of TRY 0.5494504 (net TRY 0.4670328) per share of TRY 1 nominal value is being paid in two equal installments. It was resolved that the first installment (gross TRY 0.2747252, net TRY 0.2335164 per share) be paid on 4 August 2026 and the second on 29 September 2026, with ex-dividend dates of 31 July 2026 and 25 September 2026 respectively.

Mopaş Niksar Solar Power Plant (5 MWp) Commissioned

Our 5 MWp Mopaş Niksar Solar Power Plant (SPP), developed to reduce energy costs, limit the impact of electricity price increases, lower our carbon footprint and contribute to environmental sustainability, has been completed and commissioned.

The total cost of the investment is approximately USD 2.5 million, and with this investment approximately 45% of our total electricity consumption is projected to be met from renewable sources. We continue to evaluate further investment opportunities in renewable energy.

JCR Eurasia Rating Upgrades Our Long-Term National Rating to "A+ (tr)"

JCR Eurasia Rating has upgraded our Long-Term National Issuer Credit Rating from "A (tr)" to "A+ (tr)", maintaining a "Stable" outlook.

Our Short-Term National Rating was affirmed at "J1 (tr)", and our Long-Term International Foreign and Local Currency Ratings at "BB". The related disclosure was published on KAP on 1 April 2026.

FY2025 Financial Results: TRY 18.08 Billion Revenue, TRY 234 Million Net Profit

Our audited annual consolidated financial report for the year ended 31 December 2025 was published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 10 March 2026.

Consolidated revenue for 2025 reached TRY 18,079,449,033, with net profit attributable to the parent company of TRY 234,031,774. These results reflect our first full-year performance following our IPO and formed the basis of the 2025 dividend distribution.

Our Shares Began Trading on Borsa İstanbul Yıldız Market under the Ticker "MOPAS"

Following our initial public offering conducted on 21-23 January 2025 at a fixed price of TRY 35.00 per share of TRY 1 nominal value, our shares began trading on the Borsa İstanbul Yıldız (Star) Market under the ticker "MOPAS" with a bell ceremony on 29 January 2025.

The offering totalled TRY 2,006,550,000, attracting demand from 236,844 investors across all categories. IPO proceeds were earmarked for new store investments, solar power plants, agricultural investments, working capital, and e-commerce and technology investments.
